FIZZ is Plano's newest wine and cocktail lounge, bringing a taste of Miami to the north Dallas area. Fizz is the creation of Jeff Murtha, who is the owner of Studio 80, the popular 80's dance club in Fort Worth. Fizz features two full-service bars, one inside and one outside.
