We are a licensed NY State farm brewery located in the heart of Central New York. We focus on locally-grown ingredients for our beer production and 95 of the hops used in our brews are sourced from local hop growers. Over 90 of the grains used are also NY State grown. We have ten year-round brews on tap in our tasting room that are also offered in growlers and cans. We also have seasonal specialty and experimental brews offered in our tasting room that will vary throughout the year.
