We continue to expand and are actively looking for VENUES to offer us space for events, as well as local EVENT HOSTS, Volunteer Helpers, and occasionally there are OTHER OPPORTUNITIES.
Our singles events are the interactive way to network, meet your match, make new friends... or just to have a great time! Our goal is to provide a fun and efficient way for people of all ages, to meet in a stress-free way. Venues benefit from our extensive marketing efforts and get new Customers. Hosts make extra money, make new friends, and most importantly help people on their path finding love.
Founded in 2001, Pre-Dating Speed Dating and Lock & Key Events are the largest, oldest and most respected Singles Event services in the USA. As a woman-owned business, we support women of all ages in their entrepreneurship, goals, and career development. We celebrate diversity and inclusion, and always strive to treat people with respect and integrity. We are proud to say we have the lowest Event Host turnover in the industry with many Hosts with us for +10 years!
EVENT HOSTS
Our Nationwide network of Event Hosts coordinate singles events in their home cities, at local venues. These Event Host work as Independent Contractors and are paid a percentage of ticket sales, or a flat fee. Note: this is not a salary or hourly paid job. We support them with Training, Customer Service Support, Multi-Channel Marketing, our multiple selling Websites, other online methods for Ticket Sales, as well as the Credibility of the largest dating event company in the USA.

We Don't Overburden our Event Hosts. You only have so much time and this is a part-time opportunity, so we work hard to streamline procedures and marketing to minimize the time needed for coordinating events. However, there is effort and commitment on your part to join our team. Our process has been proven to ensure great people stick with us for a long, long time.
Our Event Hosts coordinate several types of events:
1) Pre-Dating Speed Dating: There are many copycats, but Pre-Dating has been running Speed Dating events since 2001. Attendees meet up to 14 potential partners in six-minute "Pre-Dates."
2) Lock and Key Parties: Our Trademarked Event. Single woman get a lock, single men get a key. Their goal is to unlock, and every time they do, they get a raffle ticket for a prize drawing at the end.
3) Singles Mixers: Up to 60 singles meet and mingle during fun icebreaker activities.
4) The Silver Bachelor: Up to 60 single women watch our fun and funny beauty-contest style show featuring real local single men.
5) Online Speed Dating: The same great speed dating event but online.
We require Event Hosts have the following:
* We're looking for people that are ORGANIZED, DEPENDABLE, SMART, POSITIVE, FRIENDLY, and good with people. * You must be comfortable guiding people through the event, & excited by the opportunity to help people find love! * 100% Reliable - the Host must be there, on time, to run the event. * Requires 4-9 hours a month (set your own schedule). * Computer and good internet access (not just a phone) and a Smartphone that can access the internet when not at home. * Reliable transportation. * Able to work either evening or weekend hours (set your own schedule). * Ability to lift 10 pounds. You may need to move tables & chairs to set up the event. * Good communication skills and ability to speak and project your voice in front of a crowd. * Able to pass drug screen and background check.
